TERM THREE - Week 5

First of all an apology on behalf of Mrs Aliifaalogo and Room 18, because we did not have a blog last week due to our teachers absence.  She was away and so our blog was away too!! 

HAPPY FATHERS DAY

Room 18, would like to wish all dads, fathers and male role-models a HUGE 'Happy Fathers Day' this Sunday.

What is Fathers Day?

Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers / male role-models and celebrating fatherhood, paternal bonds and the influence of our fathers and male role models in today's society.

As part of our writing experience this week, we have been writing about a male role-model in our lives who has influenced us and has helped us grow.  So we wrote some paragraphs that describes what our male role-model means to us and how they have helped us grow.

It was an expressive writing task, that helped us describe and express how much our male 

role-model really mean to us.

It was an emotional task for us, because our male role-models mean so much to us.

Sorry we do not have everyone in our blog today, we have some students who are absent.

Male role-models are like fathers, grand-dads, uncle, cousin, brother, good friend etc.

We hope you enjoy reading what we have written, thank you to ALL male role-models around the world, especially those who are important to us.
